Request: Web UI and QA type books

I’m on the lookout for a book that describes entry-level QA, and usability testing for web applications. Basically, something that would help an individual who is a) not super technical (like an average end-user) , b) education, and c) fun.
I was asked if I was aware of any such books and my searches on powells.com and amazon haven’t resulted in a confident purchase yet.
Any tips?

I finally took a few minutes on my Saturday (working on my book from the office) to take a few photos of my desk area. The Caboose gang has been doing this for a while… so it was long overdue.
Yes… I’m working off of a 5’ folding table. :-)
Why a 5’ table? Well… they are a) easy/light to move.. b) cheap.. c) simple.
The iCurve that I recently picked up has actually been a worthwhile investment. I kept telling myself, “no… it’s not worth $39.99”.. but I eventually just went and purchased one. Now.. I want one at home and at work for when I bring my laptop back and forth.

Bleeding Edge Rails Documentation

While working on certain section in my book, I find myself coming across areas of the Rails documentation that could use some love. Most of the patches that I’ve submitted recently have been for pieces of Active Record that doesn’t get enough exposure… such as Reflection and Observer. I have been running a cron script on my development workstation to keep track of the latest docs… and decided that our team could use this… and then went one more step and decided that I would just make it available online as well. Caboose also does this... but I want to style ours in the near future. :-)

Today… we decorated a little in the PLANET ARGON office as it is Jason’s birthday!
While I started uploading some photos I decided to finally start a Flickr group called, Argonistas! If you’re a client, customer, friend, etc… join our group :-)
Peat posted a nice picture of our office.
Happy Birthday Jason!
